Tech maintenance
Platforms, browsers and APIS are constantly adapting, this often means that the code needs an update. We recommend booking a yearly maintence check with us to make sure your product is updated to the newest standards.
Analytics & conversion optimization
We utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to better understand the users we are designing for. For brands that are looking to increase conversion we start with a data report to discover the pain points so that we have a strategic basis for UI/UX decisions.
Optimizing existing products
We are able to optimize products designed/built by us and those created by external teams. If the product has a solid foundation our team is able to optimize an existing website without having to do an entire redesign or rebuild.
Branding support
Brands often have good guidelines for print and other digital mediums but don't consider WCAG 2.0 and UI/UX best practices. We adapt brands to make sure they are compatible with modern e-commerce standards.
